Ahhh . . . .Spring
This time of year is wonderful. Not too hot, not too cold and everything is starting to wake up for the year. There are many times I will just take my camera outside and wander around to take nature photos. Kind of a nice change from portraits and weddings.

Newborn Baby Aiden
I had such a wonderful time with this newborn and his family in my studio. Little Aiden was only 5 days old when he came to visit. And, even though he resisted sleep, he was a joy to work with.
Here are just a few photographs from this great newborn session. To see more, please check out my website http://www.beyondtheboxphotography.com/BlogImages/Baby-Aiden/ or my Facebook page.

Baby J Newborn Session
Busy day in the studio Saturday . . . . Baby J and all his extended family came to get their picture taken. Two and a half weeks old and this little newborn was wide awake for most of his photographs. Finally, towards the end of almost 3 hours, he decided to go to sleep for us. What a cutie this little guy is!

Portraits in the Park
I love this time of year. It's not really cold and not really hot. It makes doing on-location photo shoots so much fun and I really love the look of outdoor portraits.
On this beautiful day, I took a bunch of photos of little Zayden. He is one year old and full of energy which required lots of chasing :). Here are just few of this precious little man.

Photo shoots galore . .. .
The last week has been a whirlwind of activity for this portrait photographer (and I am loving every minute of it!). The fun started on Thursday with a studio maternity shoot and continued with two newborn shoots and a family portrait in my studio and an on-location photo shoot with an adorable one year old! I had so much fun with these sessions! Can't wait to do more!
I am still post-processing most of these (even with my new snazzy computer I don't go that fast), but can share a few teasers here.

I recently completed my in-home studio. Getting this done has been a real high priority me. Now I don't have to restrict myself to on-location portraits and can also do some studio work. This gives me much more options for satisfying my clients needs
Since finishing the studio, I've done several sessions. Here is just a sampling:

Sinking ships . . .. .
On February 22nd, I got to witness the sinking of a new artificial reef just off the coast of West Palm Beach. As anyone that knows me is aware, I am addicted to scuba diving and being in the water. When my friends, owners of Little Deeper Charters, invited me to go out with them to witness the sinking of a tugboat that would become the newest dive site in Palm Beach County, I couldn't pass it up. To learn more about this wreck, check out this article from Florida Dive Connections - The Danny McCauley Memorial Reef. This was an amazing opportunity to see and I got to dive on the new wreck about an hour after it was sunk. Here are just a few of the photos from that day.
